Terms and conditions for downloading data

Any user may download the data consulted in different formats via the Deepfo website.

Data downloads may be accessed at the end of any query which the user makes to the database. The process will start once the customer has made the payment and will entail:

1. Generating the file with the requested data.
2. Displaying a link on the website with the file for local download.
3. Sending an email to the user with the link to the file.

The file will be generated in the format chosen by the user and compressed in ZIP format.

The file will be available to the user for a certain period of time, after which it will be deleted from the server. The user will be informed of said expiry date.

In the event of errors in generating the file, the user should contact Deepfo on admin@deepfo.com, stating their personal details and the approximate date/time of the download request.

Payment shall be made prior to download according to the general terms and conditions.
Registered users can make free downloads according to the current conditions determined by Deepfo at the time of download.

While Deepfo is responsible for continuously improving the quality of the data collection process, its validation and its correction of errors, it is not liable for the correction of data or its absence or duplication, whether on a record/row level, for specific data and/or any other type of data, as well as for any possible damages which may be caused by using data obtained via the platform, in any type or form.
